The company offers support and resources to agents through managing brokers and office staff. Agents may use any of our available office branch facilities, workstations, and meeting rooms. Meeting rooms can be reserved through our simple online system. For after-hours access, agents can request a key for the branch office of their choosing.

We provide full office support: conveyance & listing services in addition to educational seminars and sales meetings. We have experienced & knowledgeable managing brokers, office managers & mentors to support your business.

When you join Team 3000 Realty you will receive an onboarding package designed to help you in navigating and embracing your new Team environment. These files are professionally designed and branded for easy use.

Aside from our large and diverse pool of real estate professionals, Team 3000 Realty has an affiliated Property Management Company & Commercial Real Estate Division.

Team 3000 Realty representatives have exclusive access to our Commercial Referral Program. Not only do commercial business referrals earn our agents a reasonable portion of the commission for completed deals, this program increases network strength and opens the lines for future referrals.

Meetings and training are available online to suit varying schedules. We have education programs to support agents through every stage of their business from post-licensing, to marketing and business development.

Sales Meetings – Biweekly Sales Meetings are conducted in person and online. *Meeting options will be outlined by area and through the onboarding experience.

Post-Licensing Education – We support newly licensed agents in making the transition from school to business through our New Agent Training program. *This program is currently available in Surrey with plans for online expansion.
